At Mountain Top Concrete we have over 50 years of combined experience in designing and building multifamily and parking garage structures.

Things overlooked or unrecognized, we scrutinize plans and specs for details missing or in error due to generic specs that are not job specific. This team-oriented approach makes us look good, as well as, our customer to their client.
Specialized Construction We began as Reliable concrete, a labor only grade and cable installer for Multifamily. We have stayed in that market niche and have expanded to a full-service Commercial Concrete company. Now we also do Parking Garages and the Multifamily wraps as well.
Jose Luis Serrato Sr. started as subcontractor for different activities with his father as a head of this small family business on which they performed labor only work to multiple projects on which they always got appraisal from the General Contractors for quality work.
With Rolando Serrato as the first president of what now it is Mountain Top Concrete, the Serrato family migrated their efforts to start producing turn key jobs on which they got a steady growth until the production exceeded the amount of 10 MMD.
Cesar Serrato assumed the second term as president in the company with him sales increased more than 300% during his time, completing more than 100 projects and establishing a brand name within the market.
Jose Luis Serrato, the youngest of the Serrato Brothers, became the third president of the company starting 2018, setting up new goals for the company became to growth not just in the local market but expanding horizons to new opportunities.
